Our flexible terms & conditions allow our customers to retain the right to take care of selling their property themselves (non-exclusivity rights). For instance, they are free to take action themselves to sell their property, including placings ads, networking and using all of the current means of communication, etc. We think flexibility of this nature is perfectly normal for conducting real estate business collaboratively in the year 2016. In addition, since we believe that the best partnerships are those based on fair play, we charge a modest and fair commission rate of just 2% excl. VAT.
Maximum online presence & social marketing tools
Where the real estate agent once formed the centre of supply and demand, everything is now much more digitized, with even more options for private advertising. It's just the way things are today and we as real estate professionals shouldn't be silly about it. However, an online ad is just one small aspect involved in selling real estate. To optimise the sale/selling price of your home and to reach a maximum target audience, it's best to make maximum use of all available real estate marketing channels. In our position as seasoned marketers we at Kasper & Kent focus on utilising all possible marketing channels to promote the sale of real estate property. We do everything that a traditional real estate agent does (managing effective real estate websites, maintaining existing customer lists, mailings etc.), but in terms of marketing we go much further. Additionally, we make maximum use of the power of modern media and also spend advertising budgets on social media such as Facebook, Twitter, but also on Google ads! After that we analyse the results and optimise the sales campaigns, including adjusting target groups, reach, etc.
