Asbestos certificate sale of home

An asbestos certificate is made by a licensed asbestos expert who will do a site visit, prepare an asbestos inventory and then register it through Ovam's web application. The obligation will be further expanded in the future because by 2032 every owner will have to have an asbestos inventory.
