Individuals work out their schedules to best suit their own needs. To avoid traffic jams, to pick up the children, to do some sport, and why not ... to sit with friends for a little while at an outdoor cafe. In the end it is the result that counts. However, if results are to be achieved within all of this freedom, a certain degree of self-discipline is required. Freedom and discipline are inextricably linked.
Our work environment is fully at the service of the people and is set up to enable them to work anywhere and at any time if they want to. All programs, files and tools are completely “in the cloud” and accessible from anywhere with an internet connection. We work at home, at the office or on the go while eating a sandwich. We work where it suits us best at any given moment. And if we have a meeting, want to catch up with a colleague or need a sturdy printer/scanner, we go to one of the flex offices where a professional and contemporary office environment awaits us. If we work at the office it is because we want to and not because we must.

Although the real estate agents are often on the road, we think it is important to schedule a face-to-face contact at the office or via an afterwork. So that everyone knows what is being worked on and there is time for a chat in a relaxed atmosphere. Through our Whatsapp group we all stay connected, frustrations or successes can be vented and we can even have some time to laugh. No unnecessary meetings with us, but short efficient mutual contacts via all possible digital channels (Whatsapp, sms, mail, etc ...). In addition, we regularly see each other physically when it is necessary or when we need it ;-). We also think sports is very important, so we try to schedule a sporting team activity with colleagues every now and then.
