Cancelling a rental agreement! Is that possible?

As a landlord, you can terminate a long-term lease under certain conditions and always with a period of six months starting on the 1st of the month after the termination. After a termination by the landlord, the tenant can always give a counter-notice with a period of one month. In the event of termination without cause, the tenant retains his right to any compensation due.
