At Kasper & Kent, we set the tone in the real estate sector by focusing on the best deals for our clients while strongly committing to a more sustainable planet. We are excited about our new partnership with GoForest, where we link our real estate transactions to tree planting. We've chosen to focus on various projects worldwide to create a global impact on the environment, people, and biodiversity!
This month, we are supporting the project in Ingung Kapia, Congo. Together with Faja Lobi, GoForest works with local communities there in a bottom-up approach to realize large-scale reforestation projects. We plant native species on degraded lands to restore biodiversity while creating many local jobs through manual labor. In this way, we support not only nature but also the local population.
To start the month on a positive note, we have planted 20 trees in this beautiful region. At the end of this month, we'll find out how many more we've been able to plant on top of that. We will continue to support a different project every other month. This way, Kasper & Kent extends its helping hands to multiple locations!
We also want to be transparent and plant a new number of trees with every transaction, which will be shared with you each time. At first, this may not seem like much, but when you add them up at the end of the month or year, it can be an impressive number of trees! Our goal is not to make just a temporary contribution but to focus on a long-term collaboration where we can sustainably support nature, the local population, and the world.
