Most people choose to sell their property in spring or summer! But selling in the winter is still a good idea! The competition is a lot less and you can make the most of the cosy Christmas atmosphere! Who doesn't like a crackling fire and dazzling lights in the garden? Zimmo put 6 tips on their site. 1. Make it cosy! Outside it is cold and gloomy! So turn up the heating a few degrees and make sure there is good lighting! 

2. Keep the Christmas atmosphere limited! Not everyone likes reindeer in the living room. Too much decoration also makes the room seem smaller. 

3. Appeal to the visitors' senses! A fragrant cake in the oven and a glass on arrival do wonders. Make your visitors feel at home immediately! 

4. Keep your pavement free of leaves and snow so that nobody slips! 

5. Make sure you take photos on a sunny day so it doesn't look too gloomy!
