Project Leidel

The new construction project “Leidel” is unique for several reasons. First of all, there are only two apartments in this project so privacy is guaranteed and you as the owner keep the reins of your property firmly in your hands. It is an extremely small building but with elevator. The apartments are also very spacious (138m2 and 155m2) on one platform (no duplex), with a width of 21 meters, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dressing room and storage room. The terraces are huge and south facing with 33m2 and 41m2. These types of spacious apartments with such terraces are rare on the new construction market. 

Also extremely rare is that as a buyer you get to choose the finishing touches yourself. No kitchen companies, floor - or other suppliers are imposed and you are therefore free to choose the finish without having to pay a “penalty” to the developer. This gives the buyer the freedom to really decorate the apartment completely to taste, in close and direct consultation with the architect and contractor. Also unique is the delivery period. Sale takes place under the Breyne law, but after signing the deed, the provisional delivery can already take place within 12 months. There is also the possibility (if the conditions are met) to purchase with only 6% VAT on the construction value. The posted asking price is without final interior finishing (floors, kitchen, bathroom, etc ...) that is completely to the buyers taste and in full transparency and consultation with the developer to be chosen. As a buyer you make it as luxurious as you want ... (target budget of 85,000 euros excluding VAT to be provided in addition).

The Leidel project also provides four covered car parking spaces (two per apartment) and two very spacious storage rooms (one per apartment). 

The project is located in the quiet center of Leefdaal, which will be completely renovated by the completion date. A supermarket is literally around the corner (50m) and all daily facilities are easily accessible.
