The new construction project “Leidel” is unique for several reasons. First of all, there are only two apartments in this project so privacy is guaranteed and you as the owner keep the reins of your property firmly in your hands. It is an extremely small building but with elevator. The apartments are also very spacious (138m2 and 155m2) on one platform (no duplex), with a width of 21 meters, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dressing room and storage room. As a buyer you make it as luxurious as you want ... (target budget of 85,000 euros excluding VAT to be provided in addition).
The Leidel project also provides four covered car parking spaces (two per apartment) and two very spacious storage rooms (one per apartment).
