The building was custom designed by HvH Architects.

In addition to the integrated dishwasher with heat pump, we also find a vacuum machine and Quooker faucet.

The semi-open kitchen is separated from the dining and living area by a wall of cabinets with steel and patterned glass. The living space, on aged oak parquet, opens onto a spacious indoor terrace (southwest oriented). Both overlook the entire city and the Scheldt bend.

The bedroom adjoins an en-suite dressing room with wardrobe. From the bedroom you enjoy the same impressive view over Antwerp.

Car parking space and storage room in the hallway are included.

Furniture is not included in the price, but negotiable at an additional cost.
